ULake Apartments

I haven't moved in yet, but I'm excited! I have sold my home and working in medical field. Sometimes in Tampa, sometimes travel professional. Looking forward to having U Lake as my oasis. Since I was once a "homeowner" I would love to give management tips on beautification of property. Not like it needs it, but I have that "Gardner " in me.❤️ UPDATE: I immediately signed another year, locking me in the price. This place isn't perfect; however, the maintenance staff is THE BEST, and front office folks are wonderful. They are making improvements to the already park-like setting. I am enjoying my stay here, planning to stay in my oasis. UPDATE: It's 2025, and I signed another lease. That means I love it here. They have replaced all the doors here, so no insects are getting in. Steel doors for our safety. The Maintenance Team are THE BEST. I place a request (online or phone) and it's taken care of within a day or two. Update: I've been here two years now. I've seen improvements. The steel doors were a game-changer. Rarely I see bugs or any insect issues. It seems they've improved the electrical heater. I've heard CoreSpace has invested to improve the boiler/heater. Joe and Paul continue to be the best maintenance team ever‼️ It seems I will have to move next year, since they're going fully furnished. I'll miss this place. Update: I'm here another year! I am able to keep my furniture. The Maintenance team are the BEST. When you place a request, it is usually done that day, or the next day.

The maintenance team is THE BEST!!!

We were great tenants for three years, paid everything on time, never caused any issues, even took part in their rewards program. After three years, we completed the move out checklist. There was no walk through, they gave us a checklist and said to drop off the keys. They sent us to collections after we disputed a $295 fee for $175 cleaning and remaining two years of useful life of carpet. They said we 'overused' the carpet and they had to replace it. We took pictures, everything was clean. Terrible way to do business as you will get NO referrals and I will post the reason why everywhere on social media. I have disputed this with Ulake and the collection agency. We went through weeks without services due to outages, boiler problems, no AC, etc. And no refund or discount for those issues for three years! We offered to pay in full to delete off credit, and they said NO! So here we are.
