If you want to be scammed out of your deposit live at The Shoes. If you don’t want privacy and no notice of entry into YOUR HOME, live at The Shores. If you want random cars parked in the lot with no sense of security or care from management, live at The Shores. If you want to live in a place where management is inconsistent and rude ( Charmaine) live at The Shores. If you just want to live miserable go to The Shores.

UPDATE!! I have a camera in my living room kitchen area he never came in my apartment to look at my AC unit. AC been out since Wednesday 6/7. I put in a work order Thursday 6/8 morning at 8 am. Maintenance acknowledged I put in a request on Thursday when I called Monday but stated it seem to be working so he didn’t touch it. It was not working if I set it at 77 and it was saying was 80 degrees inside. I know because I came on my lunch break to check if it was fixed. How could it be working when I had it set to come on and it never came on the entire night? But when you come the next day it’s on? Mind you I came during my lunch break and it was not working then. I called the emergency line Monday 6/12 to figure out why no one has came to fix my AC to be told oh I went I didn’t see nothing wrong but why no one contacted me? It’s Tuesday of next week and AC is still not working and David told me it’s not emergency and I’m only one person, then proceeds to hang up in my face. Yeah maybe two days or three but 7 days without cold air is insane when y’all are quick to enforce residents to pay their rent on time. I pay my rent on time so maintenance request should be completed in a timely matter. I shouldn’t have to stay at someone else house when I pay rent at my own place. MOLD is everywhere and it hasn’t been resolved yet in 2 months. I shouldn’t have to pay rent where I stay but staff continue to give me a hard time especially the office and maintenance. When you’re in front of them they supposedly understand but as soon as you try to call or email them they can care less.
