The Park at Portofino Apartment Homes

Very nice, large and spacious, but they need painting and better maintenance of the equipment such as refrigerators, stoves and air conditioners...

Where do we start the have “hot tub” here oh wait it’s been covered by mulch all the amenities are kept up with their is serious roach problem they don’t care about theirs mold in the apartment and contact the leasing office doesn’t do nothing cause their money hungry clearly I’ve been without storage cabinets space cause they never replaced the shelves from the last tenants i have a whole tree branch in my closet that’s they’ve ignored my whole lease term here this place needs to be shut down all these homes are safety and bio hazard. THEIR ALSO SO MUCH DOG POOP OUTSIDE AND EVEN OK TENETS PORCHS MY BACLONY FLOODS SO BAD THATS THAT LAST HIRRICANE GAVE THE WHOLE 1st FLOOR APARTMENT WATER DAMAGE! Update- IVE BEEN IN CONTACT THEY DON’T CARE I CAN’T MAKE THEM LEASING OFFICE DOESN’T DO THERE JOB

Shout out to Sam, Stephanie and Chasa. I’ve been overseas for the past year and Half serving the country that opened me lot of doors. And while I’m gone they have been very helpful with all the prices ensuring a smooth and reliable service. Sam always making sure that all maintenance is done and fixed, never doubt this guy. Chasa and Stephanie are the pros, every time I called everything was squared away, all process, lease, apartment, and if there’s any inconvenience they gave me other choices. It’s good to know that everything is good back at home and when I come back I know who I can rely on. Thank you and shout out to them.

Whenever I needed assistance, he was always there to help. He is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind and humble. It’s clear that he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. I sincerely appreciate everything this team has done for me. Their dedication, professionalism, and kindness made me feel welcomed and valued.
