I had a great experience leasing my apartment at The Livingston. Joseph made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. This was My first time leasing a apartment and he went above and beyond helping me with the application process. Joseph was always quick to respond to my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and was professional every step of the way. When my plans changed at the last minute, Joseph helped me upgrade to a different unit without any hassle. He was responsive, accommodating, and made sure everything was handled smoothly, which I really appreciated. I'm also very impressed with the community itself. The property is clean and well maintained, the pool and gym are excellent, and the amenities really stood out to me. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to move here. And i'm glad to be a part of this community So Thank you Joseph, for making the process such a positive experience. I highly recommend both The Livingston and working with Joseph if you're looking for a new apartment.

I have been a renter at this apartment community for about 7 months now. Overall I am quite satisfied with my experience. Neighbors seem respectful of each other and I have not needed to submit any noise complaints. The community is kept clean. Sometimes the pool will have large gatherings with people playing loud music and making messes, but there seems to be an effort lately to keep that from happening too much so that the pool can be a relaxing spot for all. My major complaint living here is that the visitor parking situation is TERRIBLE. When I first moved in it was so difficult to find an open spot as other residents were keeping second vehicles or motorcycles in those spots long term. The solution of the property is to charge visitors expensive fees for parking! This is a terrible and unfair solution for the residents who would simply like to offer a friend a couch to sleep on after a night out so they don't drive home drunk, or when my pet sitter was stopping by to feed my cat. I think a better solution would be visitors need a resident to mention that they have a guest and for approximately when and how long. Simple, and doesn't punish the residents and guests who aren't abusing the visitor parking. Hoping this visitor parking policy will change in the near future...

Just moved into the Livingston . Was a few bumps in the road during application time with set up but with the help from Leasing agent Joe Tordilla made the process a lot easier. Joe put his work that he was doing aside and walk me through the application set up on his PC. After moving in we had some of the normal mixups with mail and need a few minor fixes and again Joe was right there to lend a hand . I’ve only lived here a few days and hard to give a complete review. But communication with Leasing agent Joe has made things go a lot smoother then it would have . Joe communication goes a long way .
