Don’t move here unless you really find a good property manager, because most of them only care about money. These apartments are disgusting. I helped my friend clean, we used bug spray and everything, and there were still roaches everywhere. I was literally scared to even put my bag on the floor. The paint job looks rushed and sloppy, and the appliances are old and never get upgraded. It honestly feels like they don’t care about the people living here at all. You’re paying luxury apartment prices, but the units look like low-income housing.my friend was even told by her landlord that he doesn’t care what goes on here as long as the rent is paid on time… wow.
