Great luxury apartments! Luis, Nathan and the the team are a pleasure to deal with! I like all the different events they have on and off site! There are so many different areas you can use so you don’t feel confined to your apartment! Sometimes the noise from the above apartment can be a little disturbing but overall my experience has been excellent!

Ryan was excellent, friendly and professional - just like the entire staff here. Top notch all around.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Galvin. The location in Brandon is incredibly convenient, and the building itself is well maintained. The amenities are always clean, modern, and it’s clear the staff puts a lot of care into keeping the property looking its best. While there are occasional issues, like an elevator being out of service, management does a great job communicating updates and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I do wish there was a larger dog walking area, but they make up for it by hosting great resident events that help build a sense of community. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.
