The Foundry NoHo Apartments

Buildings falling, apart. Maintenance requests are ignored. If you resubmit they will damage your belongings. They have had 5 residents that i know of towed within the last month. They keep registration and plate info on hand, so they should know what vehicles to tow and what not to, however. They tow based on sticker, which can become unreadable because of the sun. All could not get ahold of front office, to get a sticker because they will ignore phone calls. If it is a appliance that needs repair. Good luck getting it serviced. Our stove has been broken since move in. No luck getting that fixed. The managers leaves good reviews moves on while failing upwards. You will notice a 5 star here by the name of Travis. Whom is the prior property manager. So please. Be warned. If you care for your family pets, or and the safety of your house hold. Do not move here. The good reviews are inflated, and the college kids move on so quick, out of the building they never leave any negative reviews, however the negative experiences are here. Hidden fees. They went up on price again. If you are paying 2200 a month, Expect to pay 500 additional dollars on top of the rental price. There are other buildings/apartment buildings in the area with stores below them and food/bars same price, better area, and well more than rich man property group (LLC that manages building). Who has a one star rating by the way. Once my year is up. I am out of this lease, and anything managed by richman i am steering clear of. 2 more months left on my lease. Then it is freedom from this apartment complex that is ran like a HOA with a nacy on its board.

Assistant manager, Andrew was amazing! Gave us the best tour and so informative. It was really a pleasure touring with him.

Great place to live! The amenities are great, clean building, great location with a lot of parking around there, and friendly staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place in Tampa.

Michele gave us a great tour of the complex and all the amenities. She answered every question I had, my family had, and gave us other information that we hadn't even thought of. This apartment we saw is beautiful, very modern. Unfortunately I cannot give this a 5 start review as the location is a large negative, with it being surrounded by 1 way roads and nothing around it. I expect this area will eventually change and be redeveloped, which is a shame due to the beautiful brick building next to it, but until that happens the location is subpar if you do not need to be closer to Hyde Park
