Great customer service and quick response

When is management going to have somebody cleaning up the giant pile of glass in the parking lot?? Can’t get nothing fixed as it is now I have to watch management and maintenance just drive and walk past this giant pile of glass everyday and worry about messing up my tires!!Do better !!

This is the worst place I have to deal with every time you need to see someone no help at all. They ask you to bring a key so they can make a copy because they don’t have a key for them which is I don’t understand why because we are always at home for them to do the maintenance request but it’s seems like that’s the only excuse they can give me for them not to do the maintenance request so now I am trying to give them a copy of the key but it seems like it was a problem because the new help that they have had a attitude slamming her hand on the desk talking about now I have to get Eric to stop what his doing so he can make a copy of the key. The worst’s thing I hate is when a person lied don’t make your self look good because first of all you did not advise me to make a appointment I made a comment that the only way I can make things done is for me to make appointments just to be able to see the right person. I really need to have news channels 8 to come to these placed and do an investigation because the people here don’t really give a crap about you or how your apartment looks. I have mold growing in the apartment and my daughter and her father have asthma and I have prove to show you.

Grate people

When i went to view the apartment complex, it was a very quiet and beautiful area. When i met up with some of the apartment staff, they were very kind and helpful when it came to my needs. They made sure all questions were answered while i took a tour. Awesome people!
