The Delmar

Edit 7/18: It’s currently 85 degrees in my apartment! No one is connected to to the emergency line so my household has to wait in this unbearable heat. Damien is awesome at fixing it, but there is no emergency line with the apartment to help fix these issues! It’s so ridiculous there is no emergency maintenance line anymore to help these issues. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks it’s gone out, 2 times has been overnight where they expect us to suffer in heat all night until the office opens again Edit: 1/20/26 Since they’ve been sold the Asset, the quality has definitely gone up. They’ve provided a pool and cut the grass and trees regularly now. The portal is still down and there are some growing pains, but I’ve definitely seen and appreciated the improvements made No communication, no amenities, no more WiFi or cable provided, nothing. Grass is 3ft high and still growing. Pools have been locked and drained because they do not pay their bills. We already got a notice that the city wasn’t getting paid, and now spectrum knocked on our door saying they’re terminating their contract and we have to rake back the equipment we have. No response as far as email or someone ever being in the office. This is the parent company’s fault, Lurin. DO NOT SIGN

Anthony and Manitza have been nothing but amazing on my visit at the Delmar off West shore in south Tampa. Best experience EVER!!!!!

Tony, Brittany, Anthony, and Viaris have been great. They are quick to resolve any issues I have. And worked with me through any misunderstandings professionally. They have picked up the pieces of these apartments from the previous managements craziness and have truly done their best to turn things around for the better. The apartment is consistently and steadily moving forward with their renovations and I am looking forward to the finished product. Thanks guys! You’re appreciated!

The manager, Tony, was extremely helpful when I was trying to help a resident. He went above and beyond what others have done for me in the past. If this is how he treats everyone, you would be very lucky to live in this complex.!

The Delmar has gone through a lot of unfortunate things due to the hurricanes. This place is definitely headed in the right direction now with a new company and EVERYTHING is getting redone/remodeled and fixed the right way, One thing that has never changed is the amazing maintenance crew, and the people in the front office they have always done anything within their power to help get things done that they have had control over. Overall it’s a great apartment complex on the bay and highly recommend!
