HVAC compressor blew a capacitor on a Saturday night. Chris from facilities arrived in minutes and had cool air blowing again in 30mins. He even checking refrigerant levels after bringing the system back online. Outstanding expertise in quickly troubleshooting and replacing the capacitor. Excellent professionalism in going above and beyond by checking the refrigerant levels before leaving. Thanks Chris!!!

Have lived at the Courtney going on three years now. Been through three (3) hurricans, never flooded or lost power. Great property, location, amenities...2 min drive to Mad Beach. The current management team of Joe and Jen have been here roughly six months and will actually make time to meet with residents and listen about concerns related to the property. This did not happen in the past. The website makes it easy to view current available units. The photo is my view in the morning. There are units available similar to mine as of May 2026. Ask for Kim or Michelle when you call to ask questions or schedule a visit. They offer apartments and townhomes. Safe and comfortable place to live. Tell them I sent you so I can use that as leverage for updated gym equipment. 😎
