The Club at Hidden River

I was excited about moving here, but my experience was very disappointing. The apartment we were shown was not move-in ready. It still had old orange vinyl flooring, worn cabinets, an unclean refrigerator, and the sinks and tubs were in poor condition. We expected a much higher standard based on what was communicated to us. The layout of the apartments is beautiful, but for the price, the condition and property simply didn’t match the value. Unfortunately, we had to continue our search for another home.

I had a great experience at The Club at Hidden River. The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location close to USF, shopping, restaurants, and major highways. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to answer questions or help whenever needed. The amenities are a great bonus, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to requests. I also appreciate how the property is kept looking nice. Overall, The Club at Hidden River is a great place to live if you're looking for a comfortable community with amazing apartments. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Tampa area!

Great place to live! Property management Shannon goes above and beyond and assisted my family when we needed to transfer. We have been living here since 2022 and really love our home. Carlos is phenomenal on maintenance & resolves any issues timely. He also is very communicative and if the work takes longer than anticipated he has great follow up! Overall, we have a great team maintaining this property.

I have no words to talk About Carlos, he is a wonderful person, Very responsible, skilled, polite, and respectful. He always does a good job at my house and resolves any and every type of problem with great agility.
