The Avenue has been the best experience for me in many ways as a disabled veteran. Marko was knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. He found a ground floor unit with good accessibility to and from the parking lot. Marko is a great leader who tirelessly works to have the best community environment and gets involved with all the aspects of running a place like this. Marko makes it happen around here addressing concerns and maintaining this complex. A family member highly recommended this place and I recommend anyone considering moving here just do it. This has been my best experience in part mostly to Marko. Next the maintence team with Darien and Emanuel has been the best maintence team I have ever experienced. They are nice and knowledgeable and address any concerns reported. They also are proactive in general up keep of this place. Darien and Emanuel are a big reason I stay here. I moved out of place in the past due to poor maintenace team. Neighors play a big part in this place. My neighors and the people here have been friendly and cordial and helpful at times. When I am outside or taking a walk people wave of blow the horn saying hi. Neighors that have pets clean up behind the pets which is nice to see. Also when people or walking their dogs or just walking drivers are careful. Kids are safe to play and the drivers are very careful for the safety off the kids. There is also designated handicapped parking signs. From the leadership to the maintenance team and good neighbors this is the place for anyone considering moving here.

Please pass my thanks alone to Darin and Manuel, Not only did they resolve the issue with my repairs needed perfectly. But Day were also incredibly polite respectful of my space and fantastic work all the way around it was done in a timely manner just excellent maintenance staff I couldn’t ask for better. I am very pleased. Please pass this along to Darin and Manuel.
