This property offers a convenient location and generally friendly staff, with many residents appreciating the quick and efficient maintenance team. However, a recurring concern is the overall cleanliness and upkeep of common areas like hallways and laundry rooms, which are often reported as messy with broken machines. Some residents have also experienced inconsistencies with valet trash service and communication challenges with the office, particularly regarding phone calls.

Staff were nice bless them for trying, apartments look nothing like it shows online. Trash all on the ground around the apartment, I was being shown. Also has no air conditioning unit. Kitchen so small you can barely walk in and out of it.

Been living here since June of 2024 and so far it has been an okay experience. The office staff is kind and helpful but the place is very messy. My building (19) needs to be cleaned, the hallways never get cleaned, the stairs are stained black when the original color is blue. I’ve complained about my broken balcony multiple times with no change due to an apparent contractor change but the boards on the railing and bottom are not safe. At the very least It could use a paint job, I don’t think the other buildings are quite as bad as mine and building 20 in the back - which is honestly really upsetting since I wouldn’t have committed to this unit if I knew the whole balcony was broken apart and that’s the whole front of my apartment. Not very appealing at all & when my nephew comes to visit we can’t have him outside because it’s such a hazard. There were many cosmetic issues when I moved in, surprisingly because I moved in later than anticipated so more than enough time was given to fix the issues - some issues have been fixed but others were just ignored. I hope that someone is actually actively working on these issues. Edit: I just moved out July 2026. To start on a good note the location is nice and convenient. Yet overall the worst apartments I’ve lived in regarding maintenance of the property and just general appeal. The office is never busy but never answers the phone, the amenities are scarce, the laundry rooms aren’t always working and the valet trash is inconsistent. I’d definitely reconsider before renting here. Also on move out they over charged me and luckily I took videos and pictures of my unit before leaving. Now no one will get back to me regarding the issue- since again they never answer the phone. But I’m still getting collection warnings. There is new management as of this year but one person can only do so much. I’d just save yourself the hassle. Also they sent out notices they’d power wash the floors, never happened lol I’m sure those floors haven’t been touched in YEAARS..

EDIT** 7/1/26- My two cars were towed two weekends ago even though I had registered them in the my guest spot portal. After paying $600 plus to get my cars out of the tow lot, I received harassing calls from 813 towing after leaving, demanding that I needed to turn around and pay them more money. After speaking to the office it’s taken almost two weeks of me going in to try and get an answer. The ladies in the office are super professional but i’m disappointed that their upper management does not seem to care for tenant issues. I was told in the office by leasing and manager that my cars were “NEVER” put into the my guest portal even for a temporary permit. I have a screenshot from my moving date of March 27th stating that my guest spot has issued a permit. I’m confused and frustrated that I did my job as a tenant to get permits for my cars but on their end they “have no proof.” I am also supposed to believe that after 3 months of living on site without my cars getting towed, that it’s my fault they randomly got taken away one day without my knowledge or notification. I am ultimately put in a position where I know have to scramble to pay rent for this property after loosing that money to get my wrongly towed cars out of the lot.
