I wish I could leave zero stars. I only lived here for a year and it SUCKED. The water SMELLS like ROTTEN EGGS. My AC didn't work for MONTHS. They are NOT responsive at ALL. They just send you to a call team offsite that knows NOTHING about this apartment complex. They make you pay for valet trash but they don't always pick it up. Then they get an attitude with you because the trash is outside. Uhm, then get someone to throw it away? duhhhh? I was so mad I almost asked for a refund on my valet trash fees. When I tried to get out of my lease due to no AC, they rejected it. My lease finally ended in February and I have to FIGHT just to get my security deposit back. It's been MONTHS. I still haven't gotten it back and will probably have to take them small claims court. Please avoid this apartment, even if it's in your budget. This place SUCKSSSSSSS. Save yourself!!!!
