I just moved in. Rhea Silva and her team were phenomenal with helping me through the process. Maintenance responds quickly. The staff is very welcoming, It really feels like community.

Rhaea Silva and the onsite team at St. Charles Row in St. Petersburg are very easy to work with and responsive to tenants. I would recommend this property to people, with some caveats. They do what they can with the resources they are provided by their parent company. Unfortunately their parent company Gold Elm does not seem to be very well run and takes their time getting deposits returned, if they return them at all. I moved out in March of this year, and in spite of being told a check had been mailed to my forwarding address, I have still not received it and Gold Elm does not provide a direct e-mail address to communicate with them and ignores inquiries submitted on their website.

I called this apartment community home for nearly five years, and I truly appreciated how much effort went into keeping it a great place to live. They continuously upgraded the property and made noticeable improvements over time. Maintenance was always prompt, respectful, friendly and thorough-easily one of the best parts of living here. Even with management changes, each new team brought positive energy and improvements. I’m grateful for the experience and would recommend this community to others.
