He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. Moving can be stressful, but Adrian made the entire process smooth and easy. He guided me through the entire application process and had my lease ready to sign within just a few days. I would like to acknwledge the exceptional service provided by front Office Staff- Adrian. Recently. I was expecting apackage containing injectible medicine and was unable to locate in the receiving room.Adrian took the time to diligently search for the package and suceesfully located it. What impressed me most was that he went above and beyond by personally deliver the package to my unit. His professionalism and dedication,and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier for me.
