Just wrapped up my first year here and I resigned for another year and have to say I love this place! Knocking off one star because they HAVE to work on their notice of entry. I get emails at 5/6 PM that they plan to enter starting the next morning at 9 AM which is not reasonable notice in Florida. Other than that, this has been great. Anything that has been broken has been fixed very quickly. The community is quiet and, if it isn't, I certainly can't hear it inside my apartment. The most noise I hear is when my neighbors fire alarm occasionally goes off or when we all have our windows open and do some spring cleaning. Overall, I really enjoy this place and hope we can work on these last minute notices!

Skye oaks helped families of skye oaks to connect with others in the community by creating events to help others socialize in the community today June 23rd they welcomed the community to a taco event to show a friendly reminder to the community. Thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I walked into Skye Oaks, I felt welcomed. Jaritza assisted me right away and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The office was clean, inviting, and smelled fresh, creating a great first impression. The atmosphere was warm and professional, with pleasant background music that made me feel comfortable. Jaritza was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with confidence, which made me even more excited about leasing here. I’m so glad I decided to apply and look forward to becoming part of the Skye Oaks community!

I had a great experience working with Jaritza at Sky Oaks Apartments. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to show me all of the available floor plans, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the different options available. She was friendly, professional, and never made me feel rushed. Her excellent customer service made the apartment search much easier and more enjoyable.
