Rocky Creek Apartments

I visit Rocky Creek Apartments about once a month because my wife’s family lives here, and the parking situation has honestly become a major issue. If you come in the evening, you often have to park more than a five-minute walk away from the apartment. On days like today when it’s raining, that’s pretty frustrating. It’s gotten to the point where people are parking in the middle of the street at night because there simply aren’t enough spaces available. That creates congestion and makes the complex feel disorganized. Based on my experience visiting regularly, I would not recommend living here unless you don’t own a car or rarely need to park. 🚗

Darren and Rhonda are the best! It’s so beautiful and nice living at Rocky Creek. I’ve never had a single problem here. Definitely look forward to being here for a bit!

Rocky Creek Apartments is truly a hidden gem on Hillsborough Avenue. The location is hard to beat, it’s close to Tampa International Airport, the Veterans Expressway, and most importantly, some great local food spots. The property is well maintained, and the staff who care for the grounds are professional and courteous. The leasing office staff, Rhonda and Darrin, have been incredibly helpful and always respond to my questions in a very timely manner. Their communication and willingness to assist really stand out. All of my encounters with other residents at Rocky Creek have been positive. In my building, neighbors are respectful of noise levels and mindful of the volume they keep. I’ve never had to ask anyone to lower their music, which says a lot about the community here. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend Rocky Creek Apartments.
