I can tell office/maintenance work together to make sure the community is happy, safe, and a place to call home (seriously). Everyone I’ve come across (office/maintenance) is kind, hard working, helpful. My neighbors are great as well, look out for one another. Report maintenance issues which makes a difference when I’m reporting my concerns (easier to figure out the problem 1 unit or multiple). Been here under a year. Maintenance is great! I’ve lived in many apartments in Tampa and this is the best maintenance staff I’ve come across. Very quick to address issues, and if not satisfied they keep working at it to make sure issues are resolved. I haven’t had many maintenance request, which tells me they do it right the first time! Office staff is very informative & helpful! If there are concerns they address right away. Very good about making sure the property is safe and noise levels are kept down. I like that they provide a guide for safety during the hurricane season. The move in process was a breeze & no hidden fees. Home is spacious, big screened in porch, hard floors, carpet in bedroom. AC/Heater blows great, water/rent is high BUT for the area (everywhere in Tampa is high), space 894 sq ft, and peace of mind, it’s worth it!!!

Please DO NOT move here. The leasing office is unreliable and inconsiderate. I have never dealt with such unprofessional rude humans. Bugs everywhere. Termites in the ceilings, horrible stair cases. Maintenance will just walk into your apartment with or without knocking. Worst experience ever. Save yourself and your money.
