I lived at Ridgeview apts back in 2016 or 2017 and I had a wonderful experience. One of my favorite places to live. The area and the management team were great. However, they gave me 1 month to leave due to new management and renovations. I had my 2 boys with me as well. Me as a single mom with only a month to evacuate was just WOW!!! I gave Ridgeview one Star because the cost for a 1 bedroom is ABSOLUTELY INSANE.!!!! I’m renting a 2 bedroom apartment 1 bath with washer and dryer included and stainless steel appliances too for a little over $1,800. Ridgeview you guys gotta DO BETTER! I would honestly go back to live there again if the rent was reasonable

Absolutely wonderful experience!! I couldn’t have asked for a better community to call home. The amenities are fantastic and truly make a difference in everyday life. Having both a dog park and a pet spa on-site was a huge convenience! The office staff and maintenance team were always responsive, professional, and courteous whenever I needed assistance. The rental rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-managed place to call home.

Moving out they lied to me about pricing and dates. Charged me what ended up being an extra 1,000 dollars than what they originally told me. They will lie to you and scam you for every dollar you have. Don't stay here!

Great location, reasonably priced and the staff was super helpful. Just stopped in and talked with Don, he was very helpful and was able to answer all of the questions I had. Thank you!
