Many residents appreciate the convenient location near the university and grocery stores, along with the generally well-maintained grounds and responsive maintenance team. However, some experience issues with pest control, particularly roaches, and inconsistent upkeep of amenities like the gym and pool, while others report concerns about the security of the gated community and the overall condition of some older appliances.

It’s not secure at all; they leave the door open all night and anyone can walk in. It’s supposed to be locked, but they don’t care.

Based on my experience, communication, professionalism, and responsiveness to resident concerns were disappointing. I hope management takes resident complaints more seriously in the future. this particular maintenance person parties like almost every other day and it's not fair to us that we have to work and deal with this noise i do not know the individuals name a Hispanic maintenance with gold teeth.

It's a terrible place. I spent almost the entire year complaining about the clogged toilet, which got blocked every 15 or 20 days, and the horrible cockroaches. Not to mention the way the office staff treats you. If you go to deliver your check, they're nice, but when you have a problem—which is what you're paying for—they treat you badly. And watch out for the deposit; they'll hide information from you to steal it. They're the worst!

Updating from previous reviews below: Same as before. STARTER HOME APARTMENTS/NOT PERFECTION Previous Review: Soo I’m seeing soo many reviews here that are 100% left or 100% right. I’ve been here for a year and a month so far. The apartment has some flaws and perks. Will give a pros and cons and then detailed. Fair Warning, This is lengthy: Pros: - It has a gate (look in cons too) which gives atmosphere of being separated from the rest of Fletcher - Walking distance from amscot, family dollar, gas station, Spanish market by the hair store - Playground in the back - Washing Room & Gym (look in cons too) - Safety/Codes ( the fact that they change the codes to enter every month does give the feeling that management cares about safety of who can and can’t enter) - Pest Control & Maintenance (though stated monthly I see them about every 2-3 months but there r times I’m not home so 🤷🏾♀️. I don’t see them spray anything, just change my filter)(Honestly of the places I’ve lived I’m just grateful maintenance actually comes and fixes the issue & all in one day. I’ve had no problem with maintenance n am thankful for that and them) - Valet Trash ❤️ (Thank you lord) Cons: - Gate will not protect u, don’t be fooled. Ppl walk in from the exit gate all the time and even then some cars sneak in through the exit gate as my relative has several times (I don’t like visitors n they just pops up n in, I wanted an apartment with a gate to avoid unwanted visitors ) - I don’t blame the apartment for this but the ambulances that come and go cuz of the nursing home next door is a bit annoying - Gym is never open and though they do have a laundry room preferable to use the laundry mat next door - Drive In Gate (the amount of speed bumps at the drive in gate is a unnecessary((brother crashed my Car and I couldn’t drive it in cuz it couldn’t handle the bumps soo I left it outside the gate which it wasn’t allowed to be at due to visitors parking although visitors wasn’t written where others had a visitors sign on it) Neutral: - Management. Some of them are really nice and friendly. Others seem to be confused and I’m unsure if it’s because they’re new or not. They work with you the best they can but ofc they need to see proof and results not just empty words. - Pool hours. At times I see ppl in the pool (total of 3/4 times since I moved in n I get it (co-vid) but it’s getting a bit confusing when u see ppl in n out one day and then pad locks the next. Small pool but looks relaxing n I’d like to enjoy it soon. I don’t leave my house unless necessary but I moved here because when I wanted to live with my friend the 2 bdrm they showed us was beautiful (pre-covid). Eventually moved here on my own but still. Small things about the apartment weren’t 100% but I accepted what I was paying for and the areas I live. The window in the kitchen there was stuff falling from the ceiling, eventually the bathroom sink came off the wall, and move in day I could see weird streaks of blue on the hardwood floor. These were little things (Cept the sink). I like this apartment. Beautiful scenery set up, some geese chilling with me every morning. I’m not a fan on dog and geese poop on the grass but u can’t control when n where geese poop. People can with their dogs though (some ppl clean up n some don’t) and don’t get me wrong it’s not like it’s everywhere but I go to work then home soo personally I don’t think I should be noticing crap on the ground often enough to have to say it here. You have a cap on the water and I was told this before I even moved in so ppl complaining about excessive water bills…idk. Dishwasher it what made us exceed cap. More ppl = higher water bill. Only thing I would like to see is assigned parking instead of searching for a spot every night when I get off late. U pay for what u get and tbh for the $ and neighborhood it’s decent. Don’t expect Marriott. It the job done. No more, no less. Update: Haven't lived here in years. Left becuz rent went from $895 -> $1600. Bad experience after leaving. Live here at your own risk.

I lived at Revere Landing for 3 years. My neighbors were absolutely amazing. I’ve always felt safe never had any issues. Office staff and maintenance staff were professional and friendly. I moved back to Clearwater because of my husband’s job or I’d probably still be there.
