The property manager Yariam is the best! She works with families and make sure that they have everything in tact before moving in. Also, the Spectrum representative Ms.Viviana helps with the WIFI process. They both help and walk you through EVERYTHING! Thanks ladies for all of your help.

Excellent experience! The transition was smooth from application to move-in. Communication from the management team was great. Yairim Rivera, the Community Manager, is always available to help and truly cares about the property and residents.

No one ever called me back, they never answer the phone, was waiting with deposit in hand and was told no one else was even approved. I was calling multiple times a day at different times. After two days of constantly getting the cold shoulder the two places I was looking at were gone before they were even available.
