Prose Park View

I had such a great experience at the last resident event.the staff is so nice. My sister and I love it here.

Ruben Ayala is super helpful and very attentive to the residents! He is a great maintenance employee and he is very timely and effective. I feel comfortable with him coming in and out of the apartment and he is extremely nice and takes the time out of his day to go the extra mile and speak to the residents with kindness.

Since moving in, I recognize the difference between prior properties I have lived and Prose Park. The staff here has always been attentive to my needs and continues to efficiently correct any problems or concerns I may have. Staff continually provides opportunities for residents to interact and get to know each other through pizza parties, bingo and many other events. This is definitely a community based property that makes me feel welcomed and at home.

Keshane at the leasing office was a big help. We have a great apartment with nice views. People in the community are friendly and the amenities are nice. Maintenance turnaround is quick. It’s also a clean property to begin with. Happy to recommend this to everyone.
