I lived there for 2 years. My experience over all if you guys looking for noise, kids screaming, loud music till 4am plus the smell of weed in the whole way, late appliances fixing then go to the promenade. The worst experience ever

The worst place to live. Not safe, unclean, bad management. You get charged a deposit and they WILL charge you extra when you leave no matter what. I high recommend NOT to live here if you want to live in peace and deal with professional staff.

1684$ a month for a 1 bed 1 bath. This gets you; cranky neighbors that will stomp on the floor like an ape at the slightest whisper of enjoyment below, dog pee and crap everywhere because residents nor maintenance clean up frequently (beware of walking in the grass), No safe place for children to hang out so they're usually in the streets, advertised as a gated community but the locked front gate has been "broken" since we moved in 2 years ago and is always open, valet trash that comes every morning to pick the trash up will either completely skip over most of the back buildings or not take your trash if the bag has the slightest rip (They give you flimsy plastic containers to put the bag in and expect squirrels and other animals not to knock them over) Streets lights and supplemental lighting are also a luxury that my almost 2k/mo rent apparently do not pay for, you can count on 2 hands how many there are in the complex making it unsafe to walk at night due to restricted sidewalk space. The "pest control" that's included in your rent is only by request except for when they occasionally spray outside for ants (doesn't help), multiple residents have complained about roach infestations and no action from the office or management. I would also recommend putting wireless cameras in your unit if you live here or plan to live here. I have had the security system be tripped multiple times with no warning due to management entering the apartment without permission or an emergency. Expect the in-unit dryer to never dry your clothes properly either, was a very attractive commodity when we moved in, but it will usually take 2-3 cycles to dry a load of regular laundry fully, even after they cleared out the completely clogged exhaust vent this will also hike your electric bill, for which the office offers no compensation for faulty equipment. Enjoy your overpriced stay in a poorly managed community. The only redeeming factor of this place is that most people are actually nice and courteous, management just refuses to do anything about that people that aren't. My suggestions are to get a battery powered video doorbell and an indoor camera that sees the front door. Good luck.
