AC has gone out 6 times so far in 4 months of living here. Find a newer place.

Horrible, the garage is always broke and they blame Mercedes bumpers after living here months with no issue. Office customers service is rude. Garage area is dirty, needs to be pressure washed. We live in the ghetto of channelside. Very disappointed. Hallway carpet stinks of dog urine. No keyless entry, we have to carry around keys, when everyone in channelside does not. Bring the building into the 21st century. I could go on and on but, I’ll let that sink in for now.

Living at Pierhouse has been such a great experience. Every single person you speak to from Kristi and Lisa in the office and the maintenance and support folks are superb. Thank you Pierhouse!!!
