Park Lake at Parsons Condominiums

Park Lake at Parsons is possibly the best condo community for renters in the Brandon area. We've lived here for 3.5 years with 3 units/owners and it has been an excellent choice. The condos hit a sweet spot of twi-floor buildings that are very well constructed. Hurricane Milton passed 19 miles south and there were just a few shingles blown off from what I saw. The staff is serious about their work and if you are dealing with Powell Realty as manager for your rental you can count on fast response to maintenance issues. We had a few and each time we got a response and remedial actions taken within an hour. The maintenance crew is helpful and they know how to handle the various problems and when they need outside support they work with companies that seem above average in ability to deliver services. The grounds are pleasantly landscaped and well maintained. The two lakes host a wide variety of wildlife and it is a bit of a joy to watch them go about their lives with as much purpose as any human. It's a quiet neighborhood with lots of medical offices, restaurants and shops nearby. Folks make space for each other on the sidewalk and people know each other's name and even names of their pets. If you are looking for a place to live or buy a condominium Park Lake at Parsons should be a top choice.

Powell Realty is the management company for the complex as well as many other properties such as mine and I have to say that this family (The Powell's) are one of a kind. True Christian faith based grassroots Americans who are very mindful and loving landlords. They come when we call and always have a cheerful disposition. Givers to the community and true animal lovers. You gotta go see them, no matter where you want to live in the greater Tampa area and surrounding areas, they've got something special for you. I lived at Park Lake for about 2.5 years and truly loved my experience there. Maintenance was excellent and any issues were usually handled the same day. The property was always clean, well kept, and clearly cared for. My neighbors were friendly, respectful, and quiet, which made it a really comfortable place to live. Management was also very kind and easy to work with throughout my time there. I would absolutely recommend Park Lake to anyone looking for a well-maintained and well-managed community.
