was a future resident but was welcomed by a lady with hostility and a rude attitude. I was referred by Miguel from AtWater at Westchase apartments so i called Palmera Pointe about their three bedroom units and no one was answering so I show up and a lady is sitting in the back of the leasing office at her desk yelling “good morning” and “hello” so I finally look around to find her sitting in the back of the room and she can’t even give a proper greeting or stand up and meet me. She’s too busy sitting at her desk working on whatever paperwork seems more important so I kindly walked away and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love living here. I love my spacious kitchen and our dog park. Everyone I have interacted with from the front office to our pest control people is so nice and helpful. HUGE special shout out to Mary. She made the move back home as painless as possible and she is just the absolute sweetest. The complex is well maintained and it's relatively quiet, which I wasn't expecting. 10/10 will be renewing my lease when the time comes.
