Palm River

That apartment complex has a terrible reputation. The manager, Yessica, is very deceitful when it comes to renting, making you think everything is perfect, but she always adds hidden charges (I'm speaking from experience). When you hand over the apartment because you want to leave that awful condo complex, days go by and she files a report claiming you owe money for supposed damages. You never receive this report because you've already left. In my case, I refused to sell her a car, and that's when the problems started, the fictitious charges appeared, and of course, I paid. After seven months, I had to pay Jetty Insurance a sum of [amount missing] that they supposedly paid to Palm River, and now, without any prior knowledge, I've received a collection notice from FCO for [amount missing] dollars. This shows that the manager in question acted maliciously. Be careful about renting there, especially if that manager is still there. I have proof of what I'm saying. I don't think it's fair, it's not a good thing to do this kind of thing. If a tenant bothers you, you shouldn't ruin their credit for no reason. My credit was solid, a verifiable 750, before this collection. Inquiries are not obligated to stay in that complex.

This been the worse apartments I ever been in leasing off not the best.Maintance is the worse he handling your personal property.The rats running all over place in my plants in my kitchen the won’t seal holes underneath sink it’s crazy

I'm updating my post. Today is 2/6/2025 and suprising to me, this new lease, which started this month, starts my 5th year here at Palm River Apartments. Wow, time does fly. Well, in the last couple of years, there have been ownership and management changes which always causes some form of anxiety for me. However, I have lucked out because the current PM, Yessica is wonderful to work with. She's responsive and extremely professional. During Hurricane Milton, I had damage to my ceiling. I let Yessica know about the damage and she had maintenance in my unit mitigating the damages very quickly. My wish is that Yessica will remain as the PM until I decide to move out. Yes, I'm being selfish. 😁 This is my 2nd year at Palm River. The property manager, Scott, is excellent at his job. He has always been a wonderful asset to Palm River. As far as the property itself, the building I live in is quiet. My neighbors and I get along well. Of course, no property is perfect, but it's comfortable. I would recommend this property if you're looking. The location is very convenient.
