Our experience working at Olympus Harbor Island was excellent from start to finish. The entire staff and management team were extremely professional, attentive, and easy to work with throughout the duration of the project. Anytime our crew needed access, coordination, or assistance while working around the property, their team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. That level of communication and support makes a big difference when executing large-scale exterior projects like this. It’s clear the team at Olympus Harbor Island takes pride in how they run their property, and it was a pleasure working alongside such a well-organized and professional staff.

The staff gets super creative with the events! I really love coming home to a drink right in the elevator 😆 The staff is extremely friendly and ready to assist. The building is very clean. Location is probably the best part. Schools are the highest rated in Tampa. We love the theater room for sure! I recommend Olympus Harbour Island

We moved in a month ago and we love living here!! The staff is excellent!! Antonio always helps us with any maintenance problems we have. He comes very quickly and fixes everything. He is very kind and friendly!! Dali helped us with the move in and was wonderful with all that we needed to do!! She still helps us and always gives us a friendly hello!! Danielle is also very helpful and friendly too!! It has been a wonderful experience and we also love the location!!

I seriously love living here! Everything is always super clean, it smells amazing, and the staff is the best!!!!! They’re so nice and always on top of things from the office, to the maintenance! You can tell they just love their job! You can tell they really care about the residents 😊 . They also do the best resident events! We just went to a Lightning game yesterday and it was SO much fun. It’s awesome living somewhere that actually does cool things for their community. My apartment itself is gorgeous; the view is amazing and everything feels top-notch. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier living here!
