Nordica Village Apartments

After living here for about 6 months now I can say I am very pleased living here at nordica village. If I ever have any maintenance issues, Rob is very attentive and quick to fix whatever the issue is. Overall I don’t have anything to complain about with living here

The building doesn't care about you — only your rent check. After 1–2 years living here, I can say with confidence that this property is poorly maintained and the management company treats tenants as income, not people. My unit's basement flooded, which led to a persistent fruit fly and mosquito problem that was never properly addressed and preventable. I rented the place with the understanding that the split AC unit would be fixed, only to be told I would have to use dirty, old, and not cleaned window units. I want to be clear that Rob in maintenance was as attentive and responsive as one person could be — this is not a reflection on him. The problem is the company behind him simply does not prioritize the people living in their buildings. The end of my lease was its own disaster. I was charged nearly double my monthly rent as a penalty for ending ten days early — a fee I was never informed I'd incur and only discovered when it appeared on my credit report after they had already sent it to collections. I was never offered the option to pay prorated rent for those days. I also never received proper confirmation of my move-out, and was told a week before my vacate date that I needed to be out the next day because they had already re-rented my unit. You are not a tenant here. You are a revenue stream. Rent accordingly.

I’m writing a review based solely on my experience over the phone. I’ve tried desperately to arrange a tour and to find more info about these apartments to no avail. My appointment was cancelled at the last minute with no explanation and then I could not get a firm answer on availability for move-in or a response to a some questions I had. The community seems to be very nice but I think the leasing team could improve their professionalism and customer service practices.

I’ve lived here for 3years it’s an Amazing property it’s close to downtown and the neighborhood is quite and peaceful
