When I previewed the unit, it looked amazing. I moved in August of 2025, and the day after I got my keys, water was leaking from the roof into the ceiling of the apartment, causing paint to peel and fall, and for leaks to become apparent within the affected area. I went back and forth with management, who assured me that they were working as fast as they could to get someone to come and fix the roof. The issue wasn't fixed until Jan 2026. In the meantime, they painted over it. The apartments do have roaches in the walls, but you can get pest management to come out and spray for you (you do have to pay for it every month). There is a mold problem in the building. I’ve had to spray my entire apartment for mold that will not stay dead. In my apartment, my appliances were new, which is nice, but they were applied on a slant. The building itself isn't in an amazing state either. Walking up the metal stairs, you can see rusted gashes in the metal that seem like they could break. The elevator is old and displays an expired 2024 inspection certificate. The Laundry has never worked since I moved in. I pay around $1,550 each month for a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment (which includes the mandatory trash, pest management, the car parking spot, and the rent reporting to credit bureaus, as well as mandatory $50 spectrum internet and cable). Despite paying for a parking spot, I had a car towed out of the parking spot by the towing company the management employs for no real reason. The car was a family member's that I was borrowing, as my car with the sticker was at a mechanic and undriveable, and I had to pay more than $600 to get it back. When I called the property management, the property manager told me that he wouldn't tell the tow company to release the vehicle, even though I paid for the spot and left a message about the car being there, because it would violate the Fair Housing Act, as other people have been towed and he didn't want other people to call him and have their cars released. The only car that I've seen get towed while I lived here is because they parked outside of a parking spot, blocking the wheelchair ramp and dumpster, for over a week, but whatever. For all the negative parts of the building and management, my neighbors are friendly and quiet, and I do like the location. I would be happy to talk to any prospective tenants and provide photographs of the condition of the unit, I want you to underdtand what you might be getting into.

Pretty great place to live! Maintenance staff is quick and knowledgeable, leasing office is very friendly and understanding. Awesome location directly across from a school and some stores, as well as being super close to downtown.

The Property Manager, Isaiah (hopefully spelled it correctly) was AMAZING! 10/10 He did not waste time. Love that we knew everything going on before we continued with the Application Process! -thanks a million! 👏🏼
