Mezzo of Tampa Palms Apartments

The apartment is nice and laid back, love the nature and the peace. From the start Sae has helped me out and made the whole process super easy.

I moved into a unit that was infested with roaches & there were some parts of the apartment that was dirty & not move in ready. I contacted the office two days after I moved in about these issues. I was advised to place a work order to get my room door painted because it was filthy. They did have pest control come as well but these are things that should have been addressed prior to me signing a lease and moving my belongings in. Pest control advised to give it a couple weeks to see a difference but they did confirm that it was an active infestation going on. The front office gave me the option to move out with a refund or transfer into a 1st floor unit at no additional cost. Keep in mind the gate was never closed in the few days that I was living there so if I did agree to move to the first floor, now I’m dealing with lack of security and even more bugs that could come from the outside. Also, they did agree to pay for my movers to move from one building to another and I did decline. I have been waiting close to two weeks now on the status of my refund. I have had to follow up with Debbie & their front office staff multiple times about a refund of $2500. I am paying for storage and had to pay for movers AGAIN when I moved out. Please be aware of this complex. They were nice at first but it feels like because I declined to “keep an open mind” (Tatianna in the front office word) to move into another apartment that could potentially have pests as well, I’ve pretty much been put to the back burner. Hopefully this review allows the team to follow up in a timely manor without me having to reach out.

Our leasing agent Sae was the absolute best. She was a super huge help and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the whole move in experience. 10/10 love her.
