Very Nice place to live

Absolutely horrible experience. The front desk staff were some of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. Management seriously needs to reconsider who is representing this facility. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m NOT the only person whose day has been ruined by the two women working in that office.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Living at Marlow Gateway has been one of the worst rental experiences imaginable, and prospective tenants deserve to know exactly what they’re walking into. Safety and management negligence are major concerns. There was an incident where a resident was caught on a Ring camera threatening the person above her with a knife over a TV being “too loud” and she was still allowed to remain for her full lease. Let that sink in. That alone tells you everything about how seriously management takes resident safety. The property is riddled with ongoing issues that are either ignored or poorly handled. Package theft is common, and there’s no effective solution in place. The elevators frequently smell like dog urine, and it’s not unusual to see dog waste left all over the property grounds. At one point, there was even a bullet casing found on-site, which is incredibly alarming. The gates are essentially useless, they do not work, completely defeating the purpose of having a “gated” community. There are no building locks or security. Management is largely unresponsive when these issues or any issues are brought up, leaving residents feeling frustrated, unheard, and leaving. I have called multiple times and left voicemails, but to no surprise, they are never returned. There’s also a pervasive smell of weed throughout the property, including in common areas. While that may not bother everyone, it contributes to an overall lack of enforcement of community standards. Pet control is another serious issue. There have been aggressive dogs that have bitten both other dogs and people. Management selectively enforced consequences—evicting one resident but not another, reportedly because he was a Rowdies player. That kind of inconsistency and favoritism is unacceptable. To top it all off, the construction is incredibly poor. The walls and ceilings are so thin that you can hear nearly everything your neighbors are doing, making it nearly impossible to have peace and quiet. Overall, this property suffers from poor management, lack of accountability, and serious safety concerns. I would strongly advise anyone considering living here to look elsewhere.

I had an outstanding experience at Marlowe Gateway from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. A special thank you to Katja, who provided excellent guidance throughout the journey. She was always helpful, clear, and made everything feel easy. Also, Priscila did a fantastic job in the final process, ensuring everything was completed efficiently and without stress. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and feels brand new. The quality of the apartments and overall environment really stands out. You can tell there’s attention to detail and a high standard of service. I highly recommend Marlowe Gateway to anyone looking for a place to live that combines quality, professionalism, and a great experience.

This is a friendly and absolutely amazing place to live at. The leasing managers Katja and Priscilla are fine ladies and Katja has been always helping since I started living here . My baby loves playing here in the playground. There are multiple grounds and family entertainments areas with beautiful sitting and kitchen arrangement. The pool area is beautiful. I celebrated my baby's first birthday here outside the pool and it turned out to be a memorable one. The maintenance staff is highly respectful, welltrained and they visit right after I submit a request and its usually resolved in 1 or 2 visits This is a safe area and we can go out anytime in the evening and night. Publix, walmart and Aldi are a few minutes away . I highly recommend living atMarlowe Gateway.
