Immaculate, well maintained extremely quiet. Handful of people at the pool occasionally. Working people. A few dogs. Have to get deliveries from mail room very annoying. V convenient vending fridge in side lobby like a Marriott or Sheraton. Incredible location for every kind of food. Healthcare. Publix Walmart next door. Lots of closets and storage. Huge bathrooms. Amenities as thoughtful and accessible as any 5 star resort. Beautiful views outdoor spaces

My move-in experience at Marina Walk was wonderful from start to finish! Mica from the leasing team made the entire process so easy and stress-free, and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. A special thank you to her and the team for being so welcoming and checking in after I moved in. It really shows how much they care about their residents and making sure everyone feels at home. That level of communication and customer service made a great first impression. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. I'm really enjoying my apartment so far and have had a great experience settling in. I'm so happy I chose Marina Walk as my new home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live!

​I had a great two years at Marina Walk! The staff—Yvette, Erica, and AJ—were always incredibly friendly and helpful. I only moved because the rent increased and the apartment started to feel a bit cramped for the price. That said, it’s a wonderful place and I highly recommend it if it fits your budget!

Marina Walk is the best place I’ve ever lived. I’ve lived here for 3 years, moved out of state, and then moved back to Florida- could’ve lived anywhere, but I found myself moving back to Marina Walk. This is not just apartment living, it is fully a home. From maintenance to office staff, especially Mikayla, this is the best group of people. Mikayla is phenomenal and I highly recommend working with her. They have multiple floorplans to choose from. The building is solid concrete, which is the most important to enjoy living in Florida by the beach. Right in between the beach and downtown. Been through hurricanes here and never needed to evacuate. Many events and food trucks to keep things entertaining. The people that live here are absolutely amazing. Couldn’t recommend calling Marina walk home any more.
