Great place to live. Decent parking and everyone I have met is super friendly. Location is great for beaches and downtown vibes in St Pete, Tampa and Clearwater.

After touring more than 10 different apartment communities with only three weeks left before our lease ended, we found Marina Club Apartments. AJ from the leasing team made the entire experience easy and welcoming. We loved how clean the property was, how new everything felt (we are the first residents in our unit), and how friendly and helpful the entire leasing staff has been. We’ve had a great experience living here + moving in and would highly recommend Marina Club Apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
