From the second I got to M South I was pleased. The staff is incredible and the grounds/apartment are great as well. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments over the years and this is definitely one of my favorites. 10/10, would recommend.

I love living here! Close to everything, reasonably priced and Rebecca in the front office is AMAZING. Definitely helped getting my housing inline while transitioning out of the military.

Hello! I have been a resident of this wonderful place for 3 and a half years now. Gym is wonderful, the Pool is absolutely gorgeous with BBQ and fire pits. The family friendly environment is what I wanted. No rough housers, No nonsense. Loudness is to a minimum. I have lived in a few apartments over the past 15 years, and this place is by far my favorite and every year I sign a new contract for another year. If you have any issues, speaking with the front desk will get them solved. Renee and Rebecca are the two I have worked with and they are quick and polite and extremely well mannered and makes getting what you need or help a painless and easy process. Thank you M South :D

Rene & Jazmine are truly amazing. The place is well maintained, clean, and has such a welcoming vibe. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and the overall experience. Pet allow as well! You have parking, pool, gym,BBQ area, pool table etc.. Highly recommend!
