Lofts at Rivers Edge

Wow I can't believe how these apartments look. I recently visited these apartments in hopes of getting one for me and my family. Upon arriving there I found out that the manager is never there. I remember visiting these apartments approximately a year ago when I saw these apartments this week I could not believe that these were the same apartments all of the gates were open except for one. There was trash all over the property I could not believe that these apartments are actually over $2,000 a month the way these apartments look you were thank you for on Nebraska. I saw trash everywhere. My son also told me while he was looking around the property he saw trash and poop everywhere. The doors look as if they were dry rotting a lot of the blinds are broken I noticed no one has screens on their windows. I also watched a group of children destroying the property and I noticed no one said anything. The music was extremely loud it was almost as if the people were having a battle you would hear rap music and r&b music and as soon as that cut off then the Spanish music would start. I was appalled and how these apartments actually look do not be fooled by this picture these apartments do not look like this. And when I asked about how these apartments are all I heard was people complaining about their light bills and how the landlord is never here and how the property has been destroyed and I also was told by my wife and my son because they came and checked out the property later on that afternoon due to I had to leave for work. That there is also a mold problem and that with the maintenance people there is a language barrier if you don't speak Spanish we are bilingual but two of my children aren't. Another thing I noticed the people that were sitting outside smoking marijuana. I even observed some children smoking marijuana. These apartments are definitely not worth what they are charging. I felt like I was in some type of subdivision projects. And one guy had the nerve to tell me these apartments are actually really nice and that the ones up the streets are the bad ones where they have shootouts. From the way these apartments look they appear to be slum apartments from the outside. I don't know who your management is but I cannot believe how these apartments look now I am glad I didn't get one of these apartments a year ago. I mean I heard all types of problems. Find people don't have air conditioning or heat. Extremely high electric bills, cable turns off a lot. Wow you would never know theses apartments were so bad from the front entrance. But in the back it's a war zone. The kids were playing in their laundry room. And it's sad because I saw a lot of older people. Lofts at River Edge get it together. I will be posting this review on Tic Tok, Instagram and Facebook. People of Tampa need to see what you're advertising and what it actually looks like.

My son and I have recently moved in and had no issues. Bertha was such a great help with getting us in with all the paper work. She such an amazing person to work with. She does her job very well and is very professional in every aspect.

Bertha is so nice and sweet and very helpful and getting the process done to move in … the apartments look great and nice to me and when I went to look at them the dog park was open people that stay are nice and sweet too
