From the moment I walked in the office Kayla was very welcoming, she is very attentive and knowledgeable, if she doesn’t know she will definitely figure it out and follow up. Shes gone above & beyond for my famiky and we are very appreciative. Thanks for everything.

Poor management. I have had an issue with my neighbors blasting music at all times of the night, including 3 AM on weekdays. My upstairs neighbors are also very careless and constantly make noise, shaking my apartment. I have recorded countless videos and sent them to multiple people within the management team, yet nothing has been fixed. Not only does this complex have issues with the buildings itself, but management can’t even control the people who live within their community. The only reason I chose to live here was because I was told that management would take better care of situations like this. Last week, the noise was so bad that I had to stay at a friend’s house because I was unable to sleep. Horrible experience

I've lived here for 2.5 years, and Kayla Crooks has been a delight to to conduct business with, and also as an on-site neighbor that understands the intricacies of living in this community. People care, but also know how to mind their business. Kayla is a beautiful spirit inside and out, and has a level of empathy sorely needed in the rental property industry as a whole. Real problem-solver, and go-getter. Essential part of the management team.
