Landon Preserve Apartments

••Update** as of July I came back here because I was going to make this my home. I ended up leaving the state instead. But I just do not get how I read new reviews and why if some of these so “called” residents are so unhappy why are they still living here. On my apartment search I looked at a lot of apartments and nothing was compared to the beauty of Landon Preserve on the outside. If these rules are there they must be for a reason. I rather live in a jail style apartment with a well maintained community than in a nasty landfilled style community. I’m sorry Butta B and anyone else complaining about this place. I honestly it’s very simple, just move if you’re not happy. Okay that was all. I hope people don’t take those negative reviews and make their decisions on that alone. Go there and see for yourself and ask management why they have these rules..I am sure it’s for a reason. The office staff was so kind and helpful. The lady in one of the offices Ary I think was her name went above and beyond by writing down the steps she explained so that when I apply, I won’t be lost. I really appreciated her patience and support. She was pretty cool and didn't really have to do that, but I am very grateful she did! 100% recommend this place.

I've been here since they first opened, now I hated here. At first the downstairs neighbor came up and tried to fight me about my kids at the time they were 2yr old and 10 months old I've told the leasing office about it and they didn't do anything. Fast forward now that my kids are 6&4 I'm ready to move because they are so strict with visitors and can't do this can't do that. The lay out is stupid the blame you for having mold, they don't change the filters I've mentioned about the water they blame you for that as well. I can't wait til my lease up n be out of here. Ohhh explained to them I took over my sisters car but my name isn't on the title just yet so I can't get a sticker even though I make payments and I have insurance on it. Now that they have this new visitor thing going on I'm going to get towed after 14 consecutive days of parking in the visitors. Rent goes up every year a 100 dollars and I've asked a neighbor her rent is cheaper then mines and she has the bigger 2 bd unit we moved in the same time. PLLLLLLEASE DONT MOVE HERE it's like a prison walls are paper thin

It's a beautiful, well-maintained complex with a great atmosphere. I'm grateful for this opportunity for a life change, especially to Mrs. Arielis Soto, who kept me informed throughout the process and helped me in every way she could.
