Well kept grounds, friendly neighbors, never a issue with parking. The overall apartments are quaint. Jeff from maintenance is very welcoming to new comers and has been extremely helpful during our move in phase. Always greats you with a smile.

Alivia, Jeff, and the team at Lakeside Central made my move seamless. After a few months here, I truly appreciate how responsive they are to any concerns. I’m so happy I took the referral to move here—it’s officially home sweet home. 🙏🏽

Jeff is our true maintenance guy. He's Kind, friendly, fast acting, comical, professional, attentive & has a heart of gold. All of the maintenance & staff here are all go above & beyond any & every duty. It's a pleasure to see them all daily. I have lived here for 2 years & my sister 3 years. I toured and call so many places and things the first where the staff felt like they genuinely cared about what I needed. Alivia was great from phone call, to tour, and options. Would recommend 10/10 based on her service alone.
