The hallways are always filthy. We pay a monthly pest controll but they only come when you have an issue. They sprayed 3 days ago but we still had roaches in the bathroom.

Amazing office staff! Very personable and attentive as well as professional! Not to mention top tier buildings and amenities. A great place to call home!

Bonita is an incredible community manager. I worked with her on a highly sensitive issue, and she was extremely accommodating and willing to help. It proved to me that the Lake Maggiore staff are good people and really do care about their residents.

Moving is is difficult. No loading/unloading areas. Paid parking is at a premium and not necessary located near your building. Otherwise convenient location and wonderful amenities.
