The worst management ever. They have gone through 4 managers within my 15 months of staying there. Two dogs have attacked my dog with no follow up. Package room is a mess, no parking, you have to hunt down management for anything, no one is ever on the same page, walls are paper thin. Any good review is done due to them begging for it, dog poop everywhere, bri the regional manager has no idea what is going on neither does the VP of customer experience Brian , you pay an insane amount for the lowest quality apartments. Moved out last month and they have mystery charged that they emailed us agreeing they messed up on yet won’t figure it out. Luigi is the only helpful person there. WiFi is slow and goes out every month if not multiple times a month, dog poop in the pool. Live anywhere else Don’t bother asking to reach out to me to “discuss this issue”, fix your billing issues and do your job correct just once! Thanks!
