We lived here at Innovo (Clewis) for one year and we are sad we have to leave already. It was an amazing experience we enjoyed our time immensely. The management is so easy to contact and any issues were resolved within a day or two. They do a great job of keeping you comfortable and safe in your own home. I would highly recommend living at Innovo if you are considering moving to South Tampa/Hyde park.

The Innovo Living Hyde Park Team has been so easy to work with. More specifically, leasing agents Jeremy and Danny, go above and beyond, are consistently professional, dependable, trustworthy, and truly care for their residents. Jeremy is the best around. The current dog walker on staff, Erica, is very attentive and communicative- she’s very reliable and genuinely cares for your fur babies- top notch service! The Lorenzo property is well kept and in a great location next to Bayshore. Parking is no issue. The neighborhood is safe and perfect for dog walks and fitness runs. It truly feels like a “boutique living” experience. The maintenance team is also very attentive and works quickly. The fitness center is spacious and even comes with sauna access. I have nothing negative to say about this rental agency. 100% recommend. Choose Innovo! I’m so sad to move but will 5000% be coming back to Innovo when I move back to Tampa.

Location, location, location. Maintenance is fast to address any issues. Dog walking is a unique and awesome benefit. Erica truly loves our pups!!

I stumbled across this property management group and the entire process from move-in to being a resident has been a 10 out of 10 experience. A truly lovely staff. I also want to mention the Dog Walker that is complementary to the property management group, Erica is fantastic! But yes such great things to say. I love the location area and they make everything very easy. Maintenance is always super fast and responsive!
