Hub On Campus Tampa

Let me tell you, these tour guides down stairs do an incredible job at selling this place. With the roof top amenities and the model room, I thought this place was amazing. I’m just 1 month of living here, I have been woken up 5 different days (on the lower end) to these stupid fire alarms… there are SPEAKERS in each room that are incredibly loud and they run the alarms from 9am to past noon.. It is single handedly enough to convince me not to move in here or renew my lease. Not to mention, I saw the reviews and asked them about it before moving in and they said it was just a small one week issue they had but it’s been fixed.. complete bs. Aside from the terrible alarm problem, we pay $50 per month for parking and if you arrive after 7:30pm, you typically have to go park a floor or 2 above you because there’s no parking.. The coffee machine downstairs is never stocked and broken often. Not sure why im paying for a valet trash service because I’ve never had valet trash service in this place.. The garage doors have never worked yet and this is suppose to be a secured garage. This place has way too many problems.

I have lived at Hub Tampa for 3 years, since the establishment of the apartment complex in 2022. I moved in the Fall of 2022 and moved out in Summer 2025, and I am astonished at how much Hub Tampa has improved since then in terms of the quality of service, management, maintenance, security, and overall standard of living. I have toured many apartments, but I can confidently say Hub Tampa is definitely one of the best student apartments around USF. The complex is aesthetically pleasing inside and out, the apartments inside have high quality furniture and stainless steel appliances, meaning you always get a luxury feel when you’re living in it. The rooms and common areas are also spacious! If you experience any problems in the apartment, maintenance is always there to fix it quickly and efficiently. Not to mention how STUNNING their rooftop pool is and the quiet, private study rooms. The gym is amazing too; lots of machines and even a room for yoga mats and balls. They also hold events every month to bring the community together as well, which I really loved (free food and cutest activities). Although they had some setbacks in my first year of living there, such as major issues in the apartment and the lack of proper security, they have improved a lot over the years and there’s no doubt they’ll improve even more in the coming years. I highly recommend living there if you attend USF, you truly get a bang for your buck! Thank you Hub Tampa for all of the memories, you will be missed.

This place is seriously luxurious and perfect for my daughter and her friends! Valerie is absolutely incredible—she took her time with me, patiently showing all the floor plans, prices, and options. She even helped secure an amazing deal of $100 off a month! Her attention to detail and kindness made the whole process so easy. My daughter will definitely live here, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much, Valerie—you’re the best!

I’ve been living in hub Tampa for a while and honestly don’t know why the reviews are so poor on the staff. Regarding maintenance I’ve submitted request and they always come the day of. So 10/10 service. The building is beautiful and the most modern out there. Downstairs I always get helped with Valerie and she is amazing and always so positive. She recently helped me move some stuff around which was also so nice. They’re also so on top of residents in a good way. I recently won a giveaway and received a $150 gift card. My friend attended a movie night and received free parking for three months. Go club hub and thank you to my dear friend Valerie and the manager Anthony.

I visited the property for the first time today and everything flows so well and is so cool/unique. The amenities are awesome, and the staff was great, especially GABBY and AKEMY working Hard All day out in the heat and running all over the property helping new residents move in on this Hot Aug day, without complaint. **Employees like these should be rewarded, motivated and hard-working employees are becoming a scarce resource.
