This property consistently earns high praise for its excellent location, offering easy access to downtown St. Pete, Grand Central, and even the beach, with many shops and restaurants within walking or biking distance. Residents frequently highlight the friendly and responsive staff, who are noted for creating a welcoming community atmosphere and handling maintenance requests promptly. While generally a positive living experience, some residents have noted occasional issues with visitor parking and the presence of homeless individuals near the nearby bus station.

The leasing staff is friendly and supportive. Specially want to mention how great and authentic Carla is . Any challenge you have moving in or needing help , she won’t return a response with another question but gives a solid solution. I couldn’t ask for a better support than Carla during my move in days. Her prompt responses to my emails, and calls were top notch.
