I'm so happy because the staff is so polite and friendly. The maintenance guys are excellent; you call and they resolve the issues right away. The women in the office, the manager, and Alina are all very, very good. They help you with any questions, and I'm truly more than happy with the service and attention. In fact, I've stayed here; this is my second year. ♥️♥️♥️

Excellent place to call home...peaceful, in the heart of Tampa, surrounded by everything my family needs...where there's a heart full of gratitude, I can't find a single negative complaint...from the office staff's education and respect to the parking...the property maintenance...everything is 100% excellent 👏🏻...I've been living here for a few years now.
