Living at Evo is a dream! The maintenance team (Jonathan and Ray) is absolutely amazing. They are always responsive and efficient with any issue I’ve had. They make living here completely stress free! I highly recommend living here.

The EVO has been an incredible place to live, and it truly feels like a blessing to call it home. Everything about the community stands out from the unbeatable location, to the beautiful amenities and high-quality appliances. Maria, my leasing agent, has been absolutely wonderful since I first toured. She made the leasing process seamless and has continued to be kind, responsive, and genuinely cared for in any scenario. The team at EVO are uniquely caring and will go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. Nothing but good things to say, 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to live the area!

The logistics of returning from several years in Europe to St Petersburg have been challenging, but with the support of Maria, our leasing agent at Evo, we have had a smooth path to finding our new home.
