If you want peace quiet, this is not it. As I write this at 10pm, the family upstairs is yelling, kids running, screaming, banging everywhere. One time, also very late, they were running down the stairs and I could have sworn my door was open, but it was not. At a good property, I shouldn’t be able to hear all that. When the neighbors downstairs moved and maintenance repainted the apartment, my apartment directly above smelled like wet paint and acetone for two days. It was a very strong smell, like something had spilled in my apartment! Parking is incredibly awful. God forbid you get home after 10pm, you’ll be parking in visitor parking upfront. People also double park or park in non-designated spots. Come to think of it, if they didn’t do that, this place would run out of parking. For what this place charges, there are way better places out there. I’ll be handing in my moving out notice tomorrow and will be breaking my lease.

This place has been nothing but stress and a waste of time and money. They are extremely predatory and try to exploit you. There have been numerous problems in my unit and they are very slow to fix pest problems. There are much better options in the area. I broke my lease early just to save myself a headache
