The property is beautiful and very well maintained and the move-in experience has been super smooth thanks to David and Jess! From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. They made the entire leasing and move-in process easy and stress-free, and we truly appreciate all of their support. We look forward to settling into our new home. I recently took a tour of Emerald at MetWest David Rodriguez was amazing. He was very professional and accommodating. The property is amazing. It was like being in a luxury hotel.

Had a wonderful tour with Chance today! We are in the Tampa area touring for a new home and Emerald was a last minute addition to our touring list and we are so thankful that we did! Truly seems like a well kept secret and we can tell out the gate that it is going to be a popular home for many now that it has open its doors. The building itself and its amenities are clearly very intentional with resident comfort, accessibility and happinesses in mind. We were a bit wary as we know it is a very new building, but we’re pleasantly surprised to see such a polished product at this point in the leasing process. Definitely recommend that people give it a chance and give it a tour!
