Being a current resident here at Elements, I have really enjoyed living here. There’s always a bunch of fun events every month and the property is really well maintained and clean. The staff is also very helpful and attentive to the residents. Great place to live!

Daniel is AMAZING. He’s who I’ve worked with from the beginning and he’s always been to responsive and Informative. He’s made this move so easy.

Hi! I actually just moved here following a job offer and all I have to say is please disregard all the out dated negative reviews. I had to find a place super quick and I’m extremely picky with apartment quality and the team not only patiently answered all my incessant phone calls but also fixed every single thing in the apartment that I had concerns about while touring before I even moved in. They were so flexible with the process I had to go through for signing and approval as I was moving long distance. The initial reviews had me super concerned because the floor plans are so cool and I did not want to get let down, but under the new management that I leased with, all the apartments I toured were great. They are all different which is a cool part of industrial housing being made from office buildings, and some have things you’ll like or won’t but the one I ended up choosing was amazing. The cleaning crew cleaned the apartment so well for my move in, and the A/C was off when I got in and Trevor from the maintenance team called me and came in after hours and got it on and working great in five minutes. Everyone has been so friendly and it has been very clear from my experience and talking to current residents that have been here a while that the old owners weren’t great but the new company has done amazing, and I also feel that the resident environment is quickly changing in a positive way following new ownership. I’m excited and I love my apartment and the staff, and I haven’t had any of those issues listed in the old reviews, they’re so misleading. They also have added Face ID for gates and doors, a 24/7 meal plan store in the Seaglass building and a better Amazon package system. I LOVE it HERE!!!!!

Daniel and the management team here are fantastic! Facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. Love living here!!!
